Credit Completion: Students are required to complete all prescribed credits for their specific program, ensuring the needed understanding of their field of study.
Minimum Grade Requirement: A minimum cumulative grade of 70 is required for graduation eligibility, reflecting a standard of excellence and understanding in coursework.
Ministry Internship: Completion of a 120-hour ministry internship is mandatory. Students must submit a comprehensive report detailing their experiences and learnings, demonstrating practical application of their academic knowledge.
Financial Clearance: Students must settle all financial obligations with the institution prior to graduation to ensure eligibility for degree conferral.
Degree Conferral Date: Degrees for all Online Programs are conferred annually on March 10th.
Application Deadline: Students aiming to graduate must submit their graduation application by January 10th of the same year, facilitating timely review and processing.
Code of Conduct Compliance: To be eligible for Graduation, students must consistently demonstrate adherence to the seminary’s code of conduct and ethics. This includes maintaining academic integrity, engaging respectfully within the seminary community, and upholding the spiritual and moral standards expected.
Certificate Distribution: Students unable to attend the graduation ceremony may request the dispatch of their certificates via courier, ensuring that all graduates, regardless of their location, receive formal recognition of their achievement.
