Policies on Fee Payments - SIBBC&S Online Programs

SIBBC&S Online Programs are committed to offering an accessible, good-quality education. The tuition fees for our online programs have been deliberately set at a minimal level relative to the quality of education provided. To sustain this commitment, the following fee payment policies have been implemented:


  • Regular Payments: Tuition fees are due within the first 10 days of every month.

  • Reminders: Students will receive a reminder once in a while for the payments.

  • Responsibility: Students are responsible for keeping detailed records of all payment transactions related to their tuition fees. It is advisable to retain receipts, bank transaction IDs, or digital confirmation notices as proof of payment.

  • Various payment methods are accepted, including bank transfers, UPI payments, and credit/debit card transactions.

  • Students experiencing financial hardship can request for a payment extension or a flexible payment plan.

  • Failure to pay tuition fees regularly may result in temporary suspension of online access to courses and resources. Persistent non-payment will lead to further administrative actions, which may include deregistration from the program.

  • Payments made successfully are instantly updated on our dashboard, eliminating the need for sending us confirmation. We strongly advise against sharing payment confirmations in the Students' WhatsApp groups.
