Welcome to the admissions process for our Online Programs at South India Baptist Bible College & Seminary. We are delighted to guide you through the steps to join our enriching academic community. Please carefully follow the procedures outlined below:
Confirm Admission Criteria
Before applying for your preferred program, please ensure you meet our admission criteria. If you have any questions and you would like to speak to us, feel free to contact our Admissions Office by calling +916380873580. Additionally, you can schedule a 15 minute Zoom meeting with our admissions office by booking a slot.
Pay Admission Fee

After reviewing your application and meeting with you virtually, our office will notify you about your admission status via email or phone call.

To complete the admission process, you must pay an admission fee of ₹2000. Please use the link below to make your payment.

After the payment is successful, please send a screenshot of the transaction to admissions office via WhatsApp at +91638087358.

After this, you will receive an admission confirmation email and you will be added or invited to the official Student Whatsapp Group, where you can connect with fellow students, facilitators, and receive important updates about your academic journey.
Submit Application & Required Documentation
Begin by submitting your application for your preferred program, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete. Along with your application—or after its submission—the following documents must be emailed to the admissions office for processing. If you are unable to submit all required documents immediately, you may request permission from the admissions office for an extension.

1. Educational Certificates

Submit scanned copies of your 10th, 12th, and degree certificates, along with their respective mark sheets.

Ensure that all documents are clear, legible, and in PDF format.

Only scanned copies are accepted—photographs of documents will not be processed.
2. Personal Testimony Letter
-
A typed document (PDF format) detailing:
-
Your personal faith journey.
-
Your reasons for pursuing theological studies.

How this program aligns with your spiritual and academic goals.

3. Two Reference Forms
-
Spiritual & Ministerial Reference Form: From your mentor or pastor, confirming your Christian faith and suitability for theological studies. This form link should be shared with the appropriate person for submission.

Academic/Professional Reference Form: From a professor, employer, or another person familiar with your faith commitment and passion for ministry. This form link should be shared with the appropriate person for submission.
4. Formal Digital Profile Image

A clear, formal profile image (passport-style).

The image should be recent, with appropriate background, and in JPEG or PNG format.
5. Identification Document

A scanned copy of a valid government-issued ID card, such as:

Aadhar Card

Passport

Any National Identity Card

Ensure the document is readable and in PDF or JPEG format.

Your mentor must submit a digital consent form confirming their willingness to support you in your theological journey. This form should be shared with your mentor for submission.
7. Ministry Experience Documentation (If Applicable)

Required only for applicants without a bachelor's degree.

Provide proof of at least five years of ministry experience, including:

A letter from your church or ministry leader detailing the nature and duration of your involvement.

Specific responsibilities and contributions to ministry.
-
Scanned copies of any relevant certificates or supporting documents.

Documents should be in PDF format.

All students who are unable to pay a tuition fee exceeding ₹90,000 are required to submit a scholarship application.

A non-refundable application fee of ₹350 must be submitted along with your application.

Payment options will be provided at the time of submission.

Application Processing & Qualifying Examination

Upon receiving your application with application fee, our Admissions Office will review your application within 48 hours.

Please note, as part of the admission process for the Online Programs at South India Baptist Bible College & Seminary (SIBBC&S), applicants are required to complete a Qualifying Examination designed to assess their foundational biblical knowledge, comprehension skills, and writing ability.

The exam consists of two parts:

Part A: A multiple-choice and true/false assessment focused on biblical knowledge.

Part B: A comprehension and descriptive writing section to evaluate analytical thinking and written communication skills.

Each part has a time limit of 60 minutes and requires a minimum passing score of 20 out of 50 marks. Applicants must take the exam individually, without external assistance, and follow all provided guidelines.

Successful completion of the Qualifying Examination is a key step in the admission process. Detailed instructions will be provided on the examination portal.
Beginning of your Academic Journey
After successful enrollment in the program, your academic journey will begin with an orientation module. Typically in a few weeks after this, you will be able to attend courses within your program.
