Welcome to the Student Portal. The Student Portal gives you convenient access to your records throughout your studies at South India Baptist Bible College & Seminary. From a single dashboard, you can track your admission progress, check the status of your submitted documents, review your course grades, and manage your Holistic Formation mentor report requests.

 

How to Log In

1. Open the Student Portal.

2. Enter the email address registered with the seminary.

3. Enter your Student ID Number which you have received upon your application submission.

4. Proceed to Login.

If your information matches your student record, you will be taken to your personal dashboard. You may receive an error if your Student ID is entered incorrectly or the email address does not match your student record. If you continue to experience login issues, you can contact the Admin Office.

 

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, your dashboard displays your name, ​program enrolled​ and your overall academic average. Below that, you will find four sections that can be expanded individually.

 

1. Admissions & Onboarding Journey

This section allows you to track the progress of your admission process from beginning to end.

You can view the status of the following elements that are part of your admission process: 

Profile Review, Document Review, Spiritual Reference, Academic Reference, Scholarship Form, Mentor Consent Form, Entrance Examination, Zoom Interview, Admission Fee and Final Admission Decision. Each step displays its current status, allowing you to see which requirements have been completed and which are still awaiting action.

 

2. Document Submission Status

This section shows the verification status of the documents submitted during admission.

You can view the status of 10th Mark Sheet, 12th Mark Sheet, Undergraduate Certificate, Undergraduate Mark Sheet, Personal Testimony, National ID Proof and Ministerial Experience CV (if applicable). Each document will indicate whether it has been received, verified, is pending, or is not applicable.

 

3. Academic Record

The Academic Record section contains your course history. For every enrolled course, you can view:

• Academic Year

• Academic Term

• Course Code

• Course Title

• Course Credits

• Marks Obtained

• Course Status (Pass, Fail, or Pending)

Your overall academic average is also displayed at the top of your dashboard. Grades are updated as they become available.

 

4. Holistic Formation

This section helps you monitor your spiritual and ministerial formation requirements. You can view Your Mentor Name, Mentor email address and Your Current formation status.

Requesting Mentor Reports

When you complete the requirements for a formation level, you may request your mentor's evaluation.

Simply click Request Report for the appropriate formation level.

The system will automatically send an evaluation link to your mentor by email.

Once your mentor submits the report, the report is linked directly to your formation profile and the request button changes to Submitted and Your formation record is updated automatically.

 

Formation Sequence

Formation reports must be completed in order.

• Level 2 can be requested only after Level 1 has been submitted.

• Level 3 can be requested only after Level 2 has been submitted.

• Level 4 can be requested only after Level 3 has been submitted.

 

If the previous level has not yet been completed, the next level will remain locked.

 

Mentor Information

If you have not selected a mentor yet or a mentor email is not available, report requests cannot be sent. Please contact the Admin Office if your mentor information needs to be updated.

 

How to Sign Out

When you have finished using the portal, click Sign Out in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
