The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines for the issuance of roll numbers to Online students. A roll number serves as a unique identifier for students throughout their academic journey, facilitating the management of their records, examination entries, and other administrative processes. In response to the considerable attrition rate observed in Online Enrollments, this policy has been implemented.
Completion of Minimum Modules: Successfully completing a minimum of three modules within the program.
Duration of Study: Successfully continuing in the program for a period of six months.
Additionally, all required documentation must be successfully submitted to the academic office before a roll number can be issued. Students are responsible for ensuring that all documents are submitted in accordance with the guidelines and within the specified deadlines. Incomplete or late submissions may result in delays in the issuance of the roll number and that would potentially delay the graduation ceremony.
