Instructions for Students Attending the Graduation Ceremony at Seminary Campus

Dear graduands, we are delighted to invite you to the graduation ceremony scheduled on March 10th and we look forward to celebrating this significant milestone with you. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure a timely and prepared arrival.

• Arrival & Departure: Graduating students are required to arrive on campus by the morning of the 9th March without fail. You may leave on the same night after the event.
  

• Accommodation: Due to all rooms on campus being occupied during this time, the seminary may not be able to provide accommodation. We kindly request you to plan your stay accordingly. Nearby hotels may be available for your convenience.
  

• Dress Code for Men: Graduands are required to present themselves with a clean-shaven beard, wearing a necktie, formal attire, and formal shoes. A graduation gown and cap will be issued for the ceremony and must be returned right after the ceremony.
  

• Dress Code for Women: Female graduands are expected to wear modest, formal attire appropriate for the occasion.
  

• Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be available on campus for both students and guests on the day of the ceremony.
  

• Freshening Up: Facilities for freshening may be possible on campus.
  

• Graduation Fee: A mandatory graduation fee of 2000 rupees is required to be paid by each graduand.
  

• Transportation and Location Address: The campus is at No 4, Veerapandi Pirivu, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, 641019. If you are arriving by Train, get down at Coimbatore Junction. If you are arriving by Flight, Coimbatore Airport is the nearest airport. If you are arriving by bus you can get down at Gandhipuram bus station. Take a Red Taxi to safely reach the campus or you can board any bus that is heading to Mettupalayam or Ooty and get down at Veerapandi Pirivu.
